Start Your Engines and Remain in the Driver’s Seat (Requires pre-work)
You can’t win the race if you don’t know how your car is running. In this session, each practice takes the driver’s seat to obtain their own performance dashboard - via the OrthoFi Smiles Performance Assessment (SPA).  We’ll compare your results to industry benchmarks and insights from top-performing practices.
Just like pit crews use data to fine-tune every lap, this assessment helps teams spot strengths, identify gaps, and set focused goals — this is an essential tune-up to make sure you maximize the high-speed learnings from each of our sessions.

She’ll explore how practices can stay ahead by aligning the entire team around a shared mission, navigating staffing and compensation trends, and preparing for the higher cost of digital treatment modalities. Before any practice can accelerate, it must understand the track conditions—this session shows you how to set the pace for long-term success.
