Start Your Engines and Remain in the Driver’s Seat
Interactive Session

You can’t win the race if you don’t know how your car is running. In this session, each practice takes the driver’s seat to obtain their own performance dashboard - via the OrthoFi Smiles Performance Assessment (SPA).  We’ll compare your results to industry benchmarks and insights from top-performing practices.
Just like pit crews use data to fine-tune every lap, this assessment helps teams spot strengths, identify gaps, and set focused goals — this is an essential tune-up to make sure you maximize the high-speed learnings from each of our sessions.

Reading the Track: Navigating Today’s Orthodontic Market
In this data-fueled session, Oliver Gelles breaks down what separates the front-runners from the rest of the field. Using Gaidge trends and OrthoFi fleet insights, we’ll look at the core performance metrics—growth, collections, cash flow, and profit—that keep practices in the lead. Learn how to tune your strategy, align your crew, and maintain both speed and control in an increasingly competitive race.

The adult orthodontic market is accelerating—and the practices winning this race are reengineering their approach. In this dynamic session, Dr. Greg Greenberg and Treatment Coordinator Mira Ruby reveal how they rebuilt their adult patient workflow to remove friction, increase convenience, and dramatically boost start rates. From rethinking in-office protocols to leveraging virtual touchpoints that meet adults where they are, they’ll share the practical systems, communication strategies, and technology shifts that have led to major growth in their practice. Learn how to tune your own adult patient engine for speed, confidence, and conversion—so more adults say “yes” and your practice gains momentum in this fast-expanding lane.

Shifting into High Gear: Driving Revenue Through the Patient and Team Experience

In racing, every touchpoint affects performance — and the same is true for your practice. Revenue is shaped by both your team and patient experiences. In this session, we’ll map the full patient journey and show how a well-trained, cohesive team delivers smooth, high-trust interactions from the first call and throughout ongoing care. We’ll also look again at how your brand, social presence, and referral partners fuel momentum beyond the chair. Leave with practical strategies to elevate team performance, strengthen case acceptance, and keep your growth engine running at top speed.

Strategy at Full Throttle: The Practice Performance Playbook Designed to Drive Smart Growth

Championship teams don’t win by luck — they study the data and adjust their strategy every lap. In this session, we’ll tie together the lessons from both days and show how your numbers should guide decisions across TC workflows, the child and adult patient experience, revenue cycle management, and pending/observation systems.  The practices that analyze their metrics and act decisively — through training, smarter workflows, technology, or outsourcing — are the ones that turn data into horsepower and keep their growth engine at full throttle.
